Baro Construction Key-technology’s steel MODELING and EDITING
  • Integrated Design
    We carry out 3D modeling using the TEKLA Structures program and share the models with the construction site through the Web Viewer to improve work efficiency.
  • Improved Accuracy
    We predict real-world construction outcomes by directly applying even the rebar details not visible in the drawings. Through simulation, we can ensure accuracy while minimizing unnecessary material quantities.
  • Collaboration with Structural Experts
    Structural experts at Baro Construction Key-technology contribute to improving on-site efficiency and resolving construction issues, thereby enhancing structural reliability.
  • Production
    Factory production based on accurate 3D modeling and drawings helps reduce manufacturing errors while improving cost efficiency and overall quality.
Work process
MODELING
Steel MODELING Work
Using the Tekla Structures program, we carry out modeling based on architectural and structural drawings, while identifying connection errors or non-constructible members in advance for review and clarification.
EDITING
Steel Frame EDITING Work
After the modeling process is completed, steel frame drawings for factory fabrication and installation are prepared. Once the drawings are finalized, they are reviewed by the Steel Detailing Team and the Structural Team to identify and correct drafting errors.
B.O.M
Bill of Material (B.O.M) Calculation
We prepare the Bill of Materials (B.O.M) to efficiently manage the quantities of steel frames and sub-components supplied to construction sites.
